We are able to host outdoor as well as indoor private functions. In Carolina Beach, we have a covered patio & outside deck area that will accommodate up to 80 guests. Our Oasis Room will comfortably host parties up to 14. Havana’s entire first floor can be utilized for functions up to 70 & our private second floor can sit 50 guests.. For larger receptions, the entire facility will host up to 200 guests. Our spacious lawns are perfect for a tented event and make an excellent alternative for inclement weather for outdoor ceremonies.

We are proud to be listed as a Historic Site with the Historic Wilmington Society. Erected in 1916, Havana’s is located in what was one of the first summer cottages in Carolina Beach. Havana’s is walking distance (1 Block) from the Marriott-Carolina Beach & Carolina Beach Board Walk. We are a short 2 block stroll from the rolling surf of the Atlantic Ocean. Located just 15 minutes to our front door is the romantic & highly desirable beach front gazebo at Fort Fisher & Aquarium. The perfect romantic location to exchange vows to last a lifetime.

Food & Beverage Selections
Our Executive Chef, creates the perfect menu for your special occasion. We understand that every event is different so we cater around you. Our banquet selections have been chosen with care to be widely appealing and to ensure promptness of service to your guests. Havana’s welcomes the opportunity to work with you on crafting special food items that you would like to have served to your guests.
A deposit of $100.00 is required for our Oasis Room and $250.00 deposit is required for the covered patio area & Banquet Room. Larger functions will require a 25% deposit of the minimum quoted. All deposits are applied towards the final bill at the time of the function. The deposits for the Oasis Room and the Patio are refundable with a 30 day notice. Larger functions will require a 60 day notice for a deposit refund. In case of a weather event that would close the restaurant Havana’s will refund your deposit or help reschedule to a future date.
Final payment is due at the end of the function. Payments may include Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover.
The patron booking the event is responsible for any damage done to the premises while the function is taking place. On some occasions, a security deposit may be required.
