For over 12 years, Havana’s has been serving up fresh local seafood, hand cut steaks and awesome pastas to locals and visitors alike. Our fantastic food, friendly service & polished island atmosphere is comfortable and always inviting. We created an island restaurant where you can show up in flip flops or dress to impress and enjoy a great chef prepared meal for any occasion. Havana’s Operations Manager, Adele McMurtrey, has over 21 years experience in the hospitality industry. Joining the Havana’s Team in early 2016, Adele has become your contact for all your special reservation needs. Wedding receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Business Functions, and many Lifetime Events are hosted at Havana’s and Adele delivers a fantastic visit every time. Her experience and attention to details are second to none. Adele’s passion is shone in every visit to Havana’s and she looks forward to seeing you soon!
Havana’s General Manager
Havana’s General Manager, Brian Rhue, has 24 years in the restaurant business and over 18 years experience in running great restaurants. Brian joined the Havana’s team a few years ago and brings strong leadership with a smile to his Havana’s employees and customers. You will often find him in conversation in the dinning room ensuring a fantastic dining experience, discussing the local island news or giving the local surf report.
Havana’s Executive Chef
Havana’s Executive Chef, Elissa Smith, has over 16 years running great successful restaurant kitchens. Havana’s giant seafood lasagna, oyster rockefeller, citrus ceviche and shrimp & grits are just a few of Chef Elissa’s fantastic menu items that she serves up every day. Her prime rib and hand cut New York Strip nights are local favorites and can often find themselves on the weekend menu. Havana’s Sous Chef, Tim Wright, has over 16 years of professional island cooking & leadership experience. Tim has cooked great food for his whole life with having the best early mentor one could ask for, his mom! Always a great guy to have in the kitchen, Tim’s passion for delivering the best meal in town is always his highest priority at Havana’s.
Havana’s Bar Manager
Havana’s Bar Manager, Pameer Angar, has over 14 Years in the restaurant business. Pameer joined the Havana’s team early 2019 and brings a fresh quality of leadership. With a focus on the bar and service staff, Pameer offers great bar and table side conversation. You will often find him interacting with locals and visitors in the inside and outside dining areas.
